Information usage
BubbleIdeas is a web-based SAAS application. It collects non-personally-identifying information that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request etc. The purpose in collecting such information is solely to understand how online visitors use BubbleIdeas.
We also collect personally-identifying information (e.g. name, company name, email address, billing address, and credit card information) for those visitors who register for BubbleIdeas service on behalf of their organizations. Such information is volunteered by the consumer and is stored securely with us. We hate to share, sell or spam the data/emails stored with us.
Cookies
A cookie is a string of information a website stores on a visitor’s computer. The visitor’s browser provides the information to the website each time the visitor returns. BubbleIdeas uses cookies to help application identify and track visitors, their usage of forums that are based on BubbleIdeas, and their preferences.
Data ownership
BubbleIdeas owns the code, database aggregate, and all rights to the application. The end user (account owner/organization) retain all rights to its(his/her) data. Please be aware that we use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology.
Disclosure
Information aggregate collected by BubbleIdeas is never shared with or sold to individuals/organizations for commercial or non-commercial purpose. Information of individuals signing up on accounts based on BubbleIdeas is not shared unless:- 1. It is necessary to share such information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal or unethical activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of or Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by the law.
- 2. BubbleIdeas may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when actions violate the Terms of Service.
Only on event of acquisition/merger with another organization shall we consider transfer of database-aggregate. BubbleIdeas will notify users about such a DB transfer and possible incumbent change to a different privacy policy then.
Data Storage & System Redundancy
BubbleIdeas uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the application. Suitable data backup is maintained to ensure 99.99% system returnability and ample system redundancy is provided to allow spikes on your account.Security
We take all precautions to ensure the security of your personal information. All critical information pieces are kept secure and encrypted to thwart hackers and wrong-doers. However, we cannot guarantee that hackers or unauthorized personnel may gain access to your personal information despite our efforts.
You should recognize that while using BubbleIdeas, your information will travel through third party infrastructure which are not under our control and nor does this Privacy Policy apply to such an infrastructure. For sake of safety of your data, you should never share personal or corporate identifying information to other people/applications.
