How do I customize a BubbleIdeas account?

Customizing a BI account is very easy. Your account is provided with a dashboard where you can customize the look & feel as per your wishes. For example, you can:

1.    1. Upload your own logo and favicon, add company representatives/moderators, choose categories.
2.    2. Re-write entire CSS of your community and match it with your home website.
3.    3. Add HTML pages for Home, About, TOS, Privacy Policy etc.
4.    4. DNS Mask with your custom domain name and a lot more.

How do I pay?

All plans include a 15 day free trial period after which the credit card saved at the time of account creation is automatically charged every month for your plan. An invoice is forwarded to the administrator.

You may upgrade/downgrade or cancel your account anytime you like. There is no signup or cancellation fee. Read the Payments Policy to learn more.

I don't have a credit card. Is there an alternative method of payment?

Yes. We do accept payment through alternate channels such as Letter of Credits, Wire Transfer etc. Please write to seek more information or call us now.

Can I host BubbleIdeas on my server?

No. BubbleIdeas is Software as a Service (SaaS) so we host and manage the software ourselves. Besides, licensing BubbleIdeas would be appropriate (and possible) only for very large Corporations or Government Agencies, where economy of scale and incumbent security policies disallow application sharing.

Can I set up a Private Ideation Forum for my Employees?

Yes. The admin/owner can choose between private & public communities instantly from the dashboard. Additionally, you can control the way users signup/signin into your forum. Apply SingleSignOn to integrate seamlessly between your website & forum without users having to sign in again. Invite your friends/employees manually to join a private forum.

Who owns the Ideas of my forum?

You own it. The assets include ideas, comments, votes, userbase and any other content received through internet that eventually resides in your forum's "database". Read terms of service to understand this better.

Is access to BubbleIdeas Secure?

Absolutely. BI uses an industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to create secure client-server connection.

How does I integrate my BubbleIdeas account with my home website?

It is easy. Just add a little script provided in the dashboard of your account to all the HTML pages of your website and voila: You have the seamless connection between your ideation forum and business.

My organization is very large with several Business Units (BU's). How do I segregate feedback/ideas as per BU's?

BI has been designed to assist large corporations which face numerous challenges in listening to their customer base. To segregate ideas & feedback you can choose verticals (categories) and also group them according to your business operations. Your customers would drop their feedback/ideas into appropriate categories, which can be moderated by company representatives of respective BU's.

Do you provide API access?

Yup. See plans & API page to know more. You can integrate Ideas->Action lifecycle to your Project Management Tool and enable your BUs to work efficiently

You can also request importing your data manually.

Do you allow Negative Votings?

Yeah. Well you can choose to have only-postive or positive-negative votings depending on your requirement. Ideally, it is good to allow people giving negative opinions which too can show areas of concern in your business.
